Cancellation & Service Policy  Sparkle Services

This policy outlines the terms for residential cleaning services provided by Sparkle Services (“we,” “our,” “Company”). By booking our services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Service Estimates & Pricing

  • Customers submit service details via our Sparkle Services estimate form.

  • Pricing is finalized upon our team's arrival and inspection. Any adjustments will be communicated before service begins.

  • Additional requests outside the original scope may incur added charges.

2. Payments & Booking

  • Payment will be collected after the service.

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash and Interac E-transfer (no cheques).

  • Returned or declined transactions will result in a $35 fee plus any applicable bank charges.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Emergency situations will be considered individually.

4. Property Access & Safety

  • Customers must provide safe access (keys, codes, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for triggered alarms due to lack of instructions.

  • If entry is not possible, the $100 cancellation fee will apply.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Our team takes great care, but accidents can happen. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, fragile items not disclosed, or improper installations.

  • Please secure any valuables before service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is collected only for booking and service delivery.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data.

  • Payment data is processed securely and never stored.

8. Referral Program

  • Refer a friend and enjoy referral rewards – a small thank-you from us!

  • Referral rewards are courtesy gifts and not subject to tax or withdrawal.

 

Respect & Integrity Policy

At Sparkle Services, we value honesty, respect, and professionalism.
We do not tolerate scams, false bookings, or deceptive behavior of any kind.

Our team’s time and effort are valuable. We kindly ask all clients to honor scheduled appointments and communicate clearly. Repeated no-shows or suspicious activity will result in refusal of future service.
