While every cleaning business is different, our T&C cover key areas to ensure transparency and protection for both parties. Here's what we include:
1. Eligibility & Use

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older who have the legal authority to book and pay for services.

By using our website or services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
2. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment.

Payment in full is due upon completion of the service.

We accept cash and Interac e-transfer only. No cheques.

Missed or declined payments may incur additional fees.
3. Service Modifications

Sparkle Services reserves the right to update or adjust pricing, service offerings, or policies at any time.

Clients will be notified of significant changes if they affect future bookings.
4. Cancellations

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Late cancellations (within 12 hours of service) will incur a $100 fee.

If we are unable to access the property at the time of service, the same fee will apply.
5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

Please secure all valuables and inform us of any fragile items or concerns ahead of time.

We are not responsible for alarms or other issues arising from lack of access instructions.
6. Liability

While we exercise great care during cleaning, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damages

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and images associated with Sparkle Services are owned by us and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected only for booking and service communication purposes.

Payment information is processed securely and is not stored.
10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for any client who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately toward our team.

We do not tolerate scams, false bookings, or deceptive behavior of any kind. -
Our team’s time and effort are valuable. We kindly ask all clients to honor scheduled appointments and communicate clearly. Repeated no-shows or suspicious activity will result in refusal of future service.
