This policy outlines the service terms for digital marketing solutions provided by Boost Wise (“we,” “our,” “Agency”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope & Estimates

All projects begin with a discovery call and/or client onboarding form.
Custom quotes are provided based on services selected and campaign goals.
Scope adjustments requested mid-project may incur additional charges.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are due in full at the start of the billing cycle unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
Monthly retainers auto-renew unless canceled with written notice 14 days in advance.
Failed payments will result in a $45 fee and possible pause in services.

3. Cancellation & Pausing Services

Clients may cancel with a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations during active campaign builds will be billed for work completed.
We reserve the right to decline projects or pause services due to breach of terms.

4. Communication & Turnaround

Clients agree to respond promptly to feedback requests and approvals.
Delays in feedback may impact timelines but not billing cycles.
We communicate via email, Zoom, and Slack as preferred by the client.

5. Intellectual Property & Results

Completed work (designs, ad copy, funnels) belongs to the client after full payment.
We cannot guarantee specific financial results but commit to optimizing for success.
Performance varies by niche, competition, and ad budget.

6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We treat all client data as confidential.
Your information will never be sold or shared.
All access credentials provided are stored securely.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work begins.
Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
We strive for satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
