A signed proposal and/or 50% deposit may be required to begin work, depending on project scope.

3. Service Changes & Scope

Boost Wise reserves the right to update service offerings, pricing, or policies.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients must provide at least 3 business days’ notice to cancel or pause monthly services.

For ad campaigns or design services, cancellations after work has begun may be subject to partial or no refunds.

Boost Wise may cancel services at any time due to violation of terms or non-payment.
5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate brand assets, login credentials, and timely feedback.

Respond to communication and approvals within agreed timelines.

Delays caused by the client may impact deadlines and delivery without liability to Boost Wise.
6. Liability & Disclaimer

Boost Wise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We make no guarantees of specific results (e.g., conversions, rankings, or revenue) unless explicitly stated in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their content complies with legal, ethical, and platform-specific standards.
7. Satisfaction & Revisions

We aim to deliver quality results. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Minor revisions are typically included, but excessive changes or scope changes may incur additional fees.
8. Intellectual Property
